Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:

All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.


Delivery Rates and Fees:

Contenintal US: Standard (ground) 3 to 7 days* Free for orders $90+

International: 10-15 business days $30.00 or Free for Orders $120+**

*If order placed by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday**Flat rate and free shipping not available in some countries, including in the Middle East, Africa, and the UK.  International flat rate shipping does not include any countries customs, duties, or taxes which are determined and imposed by the country and are not within our control.

Shipping International:

Packages are shipped Internationally via DHL.

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. GroverNOW has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O, boxes.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return a product, please contact us here to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. We gladly accept returns of unused items in their original condition.

To complete your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If a reasonable period of time has passed and your refund still has not posted, please contact us.


Exchanges:

If an item you receive is defective or damaged. We will be happy to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
